Terraco is proud to have provided its advanced EIFS Alpha System (50 mm), along with Terracoat (Ultra) Granule and Silshine Metallic, for the prestigious Tata Intellion Edge project located in Gurugram, India. This groundbreaking initiative by Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd. (TRIL) marks the first-ever application of an internationally certified Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) in India, demonstrating leadership in sustainable construction practices within the region.

Tata Intellion Edge embodies TRIL’s commitment to the “Save Energy. Save the Planet” initiative, incorporating Terraco’s high-performance EIFS system to achieve superior energy efficiency, enhanced durability, and striking aesthetics. The building’s design creatively combines modern architectural elements with eco-friendly construction practices, reflecting both contemporary and futuristic visions.

Tata Intellion Edge comprises three commercial towers ranging from 11 to 19 floors, encompassing a total built-up area of approximately 176,565 sq. m. The use of Terraco EIFS ensures exceptional thermal insulation, significantly reducing energy consumption related to cooling and heating, and protecting the structure from environmental extremes. Additionally, the unique Silshine Metallic coating, which delivers a metallic lustre finish within the building grooves, aligns seamlessly with Terraco’s green philosophy, further contributing to sustainable and environmentally responsible building design.
